This series consists of journals which contain reports on daily operations of the Mataranka school including number of enrolments, new students, activities at the school, arrival of equipment, notes on climate, academic achievements of students, visitors and inspectors reports (1966-1969). There are two photographs attached to the first volume (opening of school, 20 September 1960; and cast of nativity play, 1960). A newspaper clipping from a walkathon held in 1971 is included in volume two.
